Agreement

By engaging PixelHatch for web design or development services, you agree to these terms. These terms form a binding agreement between you (the client) and PixelHatch (the service provider).

Services

PixelHatch provides website design, development, and maintenance services as outlined in individual project proposals. The scope of each project will be agreed in writing before work begins.

Payment

A 50% deposit is required before work begins on any project. The remaining balance is due upon project completion and before the final handover of files. All prices are in GBP and inclusive of VAT where applicable.

Delivery

Estimated delivery timelines are provided in good faith. Delays caused by late provision of content, feedback, or assets by the client may extend the delivery timeline accordingly.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all rights to the website design and code transfer to the client. PixelHatch retains the right to showcase the work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Support

Post-launch support is included as specified in your chosen package. Support covers bug fixes and minor content updates. Major redesigns or new features are quoted separately.

Limitation of Liability

PixelHatch's liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the relevant project.
